What you need:

• Colored cardstock

• Doilies

• Black Sharpie

• Scissors

• Embellishments

• Glue

Directions

Cut a piece of colored cardstock into a rectangle measuring 5.5 x 4 inches.

Overlay doily in the left corner and glue down. Cut the overhang.

Embellish with two gems or pearls.

Write name with black sharpie.
