Peppermint Bark


Ingredients

  • 2 cups white chocolate

  • 2 cups dark chocolate*

  • 1/3 cup crushed candy cane

  • Aluminum foil

  • An 8x8 pan

  • Double Boiler

 

Directions

Line an 8x8 pan with aluminum foil. Place the dark chocolate into a double boiler and stir until melted.

Pour the dark chocolate into the pan and tap the pan firmly against a counter top to remove any air bubbles. Place the pan into the freezer for 5-10 minutes or until the chocolate has solidified. During this time, melt the white chocolate using the same process as you did for the dark chocolate. Pour the white chocolate over the hardened dark chocolate. Top the bark with the crushed candy canes. Allow the bark to set then break it up and enjoy.

*We recommend using dark chocolate, but it can easily be substituted with milk chocolate.
